At Callixe we work hard to keep your shopping experience smooth and predictable. Please take a moment to read through how we handle processing times, delivery options and the fees involved.

Changes to an Order

If you need something adjusted on your order, tell us as early as you can. We'll do our best to help, though during busy periods it isn't always possible to apply changes before a parcel leaves our facility. As a rule, modifications can only be handled within 1 hour of the order being placed, since we move quickly to dispatch packages.

We recommend reviewing every detail carefully before you confirm your purchase. Spotted a mistake or need an adjustment? Reach out as soon as possible and we'll try to incorporate it before dispatch.

Once a parcel has shipped, no further changes can be made. We're sorry for any inconvenience that may cause.

Processing Times

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional campaigns, but we always aim to get your order ready as fast as we can.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. enter processing the same day; orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are picked up the following day.

After processing, your parcel is dispatched to the address you provided. We ship Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders are not dispatched on the same day they are processed.

All timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery can shift because of customs clearance, holidays or unforeseen delays, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Failed Deliveries

Before checking out, please confirm that every shipping detail is complete and correct — full name, delivery address and contact information. Inaccurate details can send your package back to us, and any extra shipping costs or charges caused by the failed delivery are not our responsibility.

Should a parcel be returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment. A fee may apply for the reshipment, and we'll always discuss it with you before going ahead.
